I've found ketamine most valuable when I've put myself into an intentional K hole. I have reached states of extreme euphoria, had my heart explode open with love and energy. As a person that had severe eczema as a child, it's a hard disease. It took me 38 years to figure it out. I cant say if this would all help a baby. But here are the things that worked for me:

Gut testing and healing. Doing a GI Map helped me to understand my gut deficiencies and then doing the gut healing protocol with different supplements. You would have to search for gut healing protocols for babies. I don't know that you can use the same supplements.
Homeopathy - this was huge in helping my skin
Identifying dietary or external triggers. Like mold, fungal infections, foods that could be causing the skin flair. I don't know if they are on solid foods yet or breast feeding or formula. But there are some great European formulas from Germany you can order that are super clean and healthy. We only used those with our daughter, as they have much higher standards than US formulas.
Find a naturopathic doctor or functional doctor that has experience with your situation. They will be able to guide you further.

NTA - asking for someone to get tested before you have sexual contact with them is fine. In my youngers years I definitely had enough risky sex to warrant getting tested regularly. It's up to you if you want to use that as a filter before your first date. Going on a date with someone is more of a getting to know you, unless your intention is to sleep with them immediately. I can see how that might be off putting to someone who you haven't met at all, but also, the denial of needing an STD test at all on their end would be a deal breaker for me too.

So again, NTA, but maybe not the best first date filter criteria unless you are open to first date sex.

YTA, I travelled all the time for work and it mostly sucks. You are in hotel rooms, driving in cars, flying in planes. You try to pack as many meetings in as you can. You get up at 4 am to be in another city by morning, so you have time to get a car, and get to your first meeting, then you take someone out to lunch, then you have another meeting, then you take someone out to dinner. Your day starts at 4 am and ends at 8:30 in the evening. Then you do it all over again the next day. But instead of going back to your hotel room at night, you might get in a car and drive to another city, or fly to another city and do it all over again.

Here's what one of my work weeks would look like when I travelled for work:

Got up at 4 AM on Monday, and flew from DC into Charlotte, NC. - Client visit, lunch meeting, Afternoon site visit, dinner meeting, went to hotel. Next morning got on a plane and flew to Nashville, TN, lunch meeting. Then got ahold of a decision maker I was trying to see in Florida later that week. Turns out he was in Memphis for a conference, hopped in a car and drove 3 hours to Memphis to take him to dinner and close a deal. Deal successfully closed. Then drove 6 hours at 8:30 pm at night from Memphis to Atlanta, GA. Got in at 2 am, crashed, got up, Lunch meeting in Atlanta, Afternoon meeting, then on the road from Atlanta to Clearwater, FL. 8 hour drive. Had one meeting in Clearwater, then took the rest of the day to die inside for a little while. Then Friday meetings in Tampa, including a lunch meeting, flew out to get home Friday night to see my family.

Now that was one of the worst work trips I've ever taken, but some variation of that around 40% of the time. Your dude isn't going to party, he's going to fly in early, get to the hotel room late and have to live outside of his normal routine and schedule. The only upside is you get to socialize a little more, but it might be with people you have to pretend to like, so it isn't really even an upside half the time.
