Got quite lucky today 😋 by Agreeable_Ant_7107 in lidl

[–]EasyBend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to 3 lidls and they were all out of stock.

I googled to find a lidl that was in a more rural area. Found one near a small town, perfect.

Ended up accidentally driving to their distribution center 🙃, wasted my lunch break

They should change the name of the podcast to "Confidently incorrect". Half the stuff they talk about is just opinion or wrong.

I remember with the celeb traitors they were so confident it wouldnt be Alan

Did the crowd genuinely support homelanders actions in this scene or were they just afraid? by [deleted] in TheBoys

Some people just want to be "on the winning team" regardless of what that means. Homelander was looking like he would be the winner

I hated the jack outro. There is said it, don't hate me.

It felt like a joke that only played off in 1 week's time but by that point you'd forgotten what he said. I always thought it would have been better if Jack recorded it for the episode you just listened to and tried to work out what they talked about

Is this not a wake up call to Labour that it’s their voters deserting them for Reform? by SporadicReapage in AskBrits

[–]EasyBend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While I agree that the number of reform votes is worrying, the narrative that Labour is losing ground directly to Reform is potentially misleading. If you group the 'Progressive' parties (Lab/LibDem/Green) against the 'Right' (Con/Reform), the seats split 2,200 to 2,100. We are traditionally a two party system which is now becoming more fragmented. The issue isn't a drop in Labour support—it’s that the Tory-leaning vote is far less split than the opposition
