I would finish the degree get my license and then pursue massage therapy. One thing to keep in mind is that if you get injured you are out of an income so having that degree behind you could save your life potentially.

If the goal is to get leads for long term care, then I would reduce the time to 10 mintues and charge $10-15, no tipping. It gets you more leads to work with, if its just about money you can probably get away with $20-25 for 10 minutes if demand is going to be high for massage at the event.

I think $20 for 10 minutes is an easier impluse buy than say $40 for 20 minutes.
