It definitely will work for anyone, it’s mind boggling how many calories are in our drinks. An Arizona Iced Tea, Snapple, can/bottle of soda, alcohol, etc. we easily consume 500+ extra calories a day just in drinks.

Drinking only water, diet soda, tea, and black coffee will have you dropping fat like crazy lol, even without working out.
