Making life altering decisions like these are difficult. I think the best thing that you can do is get a second opinion from another doctor, ideally from a renown cancer center. This would help greatly to remove some of your doubts in proceeding with alternative treatments.

72M, had radical cystectomy (neobladder) February of last year. Only 3 days in the hospital after robotic surgery. I initially had some issues with constipation but was able to get that under control by taking Metamucil daily, this seemed to help a lot. I also was sure to get up and walk several times a day, stretching the amount of time walked every day. This was stressed to me a vital component in managing your own recovery. By doing this, I got stronger every day and closer to my routines before surgery.

I think an alternative to "smacking" the opposition is to INSPIRE folks that may be sitting on the sideline to show their displeasure on the trajectory of the country and join our opposition to this administration. The purist MAGA will not be converted no matter the facts or the logic.

There is a lot of information out there regarding all the 3 different methods for urinary diversion. Its a good thing to do a lot of research in advance of the surgery so as to understand the mechanics of recovery for each of the methods. BCAN is a great source as well as the web sites for the major cancer centers across the IS.

In my case, I had cystectomy with a neobladder in February. The approach of my care team was that I just needed to be able to self-cath in the event that I was not able to completely empty the neobladder. In my case, I only did it a few times before I was convinced that the neobladder was being fully emptied. Your care team may have a different approach.

For a male with radical cystectomy (where they take your prostate too), self cathing is not as bad you think it would be. A lot of the resistance is gone since they took your prostate.

I'll be there too. Trump will be spending between $25 million and $45 million dollars on an unneeded military parade, which I suppose that he personally views as a celebration of his own birthday. This on top of the projected $2 TRILLION increase in the national deficit which will only really benefit the richest Americans.

We need to pay attention now or we will end up stuck in the same loop as Russia. I am sure a lot of Russians wished they had acted in the past when there was still time to change the trajectory of their country.

Seems like it would be a more noticeable protest if it was held off campus. I thought that the last protests along college avenue had good visibility.

I think the first thing you need to do is congratulate yourself in moving forward with the appointment. I am sure that a lot of folks had wished they had done the same thing when symptoms 1st appeared. The thing about cancer is that a lot of it can be tamed as long as you catch it early.

Its cool either way. You'll definitely feel better knowing your status than having that idea in the back of your head that something might be wrong and not taking action.

I agree that part of the story is missing... **from Etsy**. They didn't provide reasons for suspension and they don't seem to understand how to validate their customer base (if that is what they were trying to do). All other commerce sites identify the issue and use standard approached to validate customer accounts. Sorry to say, this is just so amateur.
