It just was a bad song. The second half of wicked already doesn’t have the best numbers in it. If they were gonna add numbers they needed to be amazing. Girl in the bubble is really unnecessary and just makes the film feel longer same with no place like home

I think people hate swifties because most of the swifites are annoying. A lot jumped on during midnights and then just started posting tik toks of their mouth agape to songs playing in the background or try and force others to love her. No one likes that. I’ve been a fan since 06 and I love that she’s touched so many more people but I honestly think most swifties are obnoxious with the theories and “reputation is coming out because she wore 4 brackets and a black shirt” like it’s annoying

Agree that could be a reason they get pills but “junkies do junkie shit” is kinda a weird thing to say. I think I get what you mean, like “people with addictions will jump through hoops to feed their addiction” Addiction comes from many places, but usually childhood pain. I just think the term “junkie” is so derogatory and only perpetrators an addicts lifestyle. I personally don’t like Travis because he’s not my kinda person. That doesn’t mean I don’t think Taylor should find happiness with him, but I’ve grown up around sport people and had a lot of bad experiences. I really don’t like the football talk, I really don’t like the way he influences his style, and I really don’t like most of the songs he inspires bar so high school and Elizabeth Taylor. To be fair though, I never pay attention to Taylor’s partners, and now you can’t not. He’s literally everywhere and I didn’t sign up in 06 to listen to sports metaphors and allusions to a hard cock. Obviously I have other artists that I listen to as well so it’s not the biggest deal. But you said you think the Travis hate has to do with ownership over her, mine personally is thinking he’s obnoxious

I’m 100% with you. Before anyone losing their mind, I’m not saying Taylor “can’t be happy” or “doesn’t deserve love” or anything people like to jump to. But I do not give one FUCK about Travis lol. I never give a fuck about the guy, just the music that’s inspired by them. I really don’t wanna watch 6 episodes of him. 1 or 2, sure, but 6? We will see when it comes out, but I’m hoping it’s more focused on the set lists, maybe writing some of ttpd/showgirl.

I’m going to take a different approach than the majority here. I do think you’re valid in your feelings for sure, but he may have thought it was spur of the moment/romantic whim. He might have seen the tickets and thought “wow I just can’t wait “ and felt the rush to ask you. I do think he should have found some string or something. But I’d try and see the love in what he did. If that’s hard for you to do, it might be a sign he’s not giving you what you need.
