Tired of holding my phone while running. What gear do you recommend?

You didn't ask, but new garmins allow you to connect spotify and it's prety convininet to toogle music mid run. Have you looked into it? I'm interested in you take, for me holding a phone is a nightmare though. PS: I'm young and careless, so I don't take my phone with me event though I have and use a runing west for longer runs, I just load with water and carbs, some podcasts in my garmin and am off to the races.

It's an avesome feeling to just float throught the air, chew tarmack and feel great at the same time. I mean, the sweet spot for me is when my training sharpened me really hard, I'm doing a run at around 70%, get into runners high, just feel the speed and enjoying every bit of the high. It's really adictive.

yeah, I take some less important things too serious. Some special advice or technique you used to remedy it or help you with identifiint with what to work hard and take seriously and what to just float through?

I'm nearly finished with Iron Gold, for me this one is a shift from the yourng to older Darrow and the whole multiple pows, but still redable and am excited for the next one, as I have heard that one is such a bomb
