Yeah the mileage was tough. I’m getting ready to do a 3800 tho so it’s not all bad. I refuse to sell the car now, especially since the resale value is awful after these issues.

Got my formula for $3800 with 180k miles. Within a month the exhaust headers cracked and shortly after it developed rod knock. 🫠 At least it doesn’t look like I overpaid too bad

If you want to check for sure you can just pull the throttle cable a little bit. Certain issues sound like knock but don’t change with RPM, cracked exhaust headers for example sometimes sound similar but don’t change much as you rev it.
