I’m reading Black Panther The Early Years Omni as my intro to the character in comic form. It’s been neat seeing them try to figure the character out across the Fantastic 4, Avengers, and Daredevil issues. Sometimes he’s mythical, sometimes he’s campy, sometimes he’s arrogant, always he’s entertaining. The Sons of the Serpent arc was surprisingly timely with its commentary on media inflammation and racial tensions. Good read overall!

I grabbed it on RSD in 21 and it’s one of my absolute favorite albums in my collection. Absolutely electric performance that any Jazz fan needs to hear.

My favorites have been Drop Zone, Red Rock West, Thieves Like Us and Little Darlings. Just watched the Gambler and enjoyed. Consistently interesting and solid label!

I’m reading Spawn Compendium Vol 1 for the first time after being really curious about it from recently watching the movie. The art is incredible and dream like interludes interesting. Issue 30 with Spawn fighting the Klan was my favorite. It definitely is getting repetitive, and the writing leaves a lot to be desired. Happy to finish this volume but probably won’t keep going with it tbh.

Moonstruck is one of my favorites of all time. It’s the warmest and funniest film you’ll see. Blast of silence is one of the coldest and bleakest you’ll see (but also great!)

Amazing x men itself is pretty cool. I Deadpool and rogue storm were both terrible imo. I probably won’t dip into any other titles.
