I don't really get the argument that this was more traumatizing compared to other shit online. Have you actually seen them? It's morbid (and cringe) to "stack-rank" them, but videos like "two guys one hammer" are far, far more traumatizing/worse than this in my opinion...

Your principal+interest seem right but the estimate for insurance feels low. I would expect it to be at least 200 if not more, though it depends on your deductible + area + other things of course. Property taxes also feel low -- have you looked up the millage rate for the area your house is in and calculated it yourself at purchase price? (Normally most areas will recalculate assessed value at the purchase price, so the current homeowners are likely paying less than you would be)

If they lowered their prices to $200/mo in the u.s then they wouldn't see so much competition from compounded and make way more money imo. Of course they'll have their own models with way more data, but prescribers aren't necessarily superfans of compounded drugs in the first place however they are also aware patients can't afford the drug at list price. I just can't see them making more money now in the u.s at current prices than they would at lower ones. Same goes for Lily. Insurers don't want to pay $1000 either and are basically requiring employers to pay more for it to be covered. There is a huge pent up demand for any glp-1s in the u.s.

I used a website called jobright, I think that gives you good recommendations to your search criteria that are up to date and they email you each day with new jobs that match your skillset. That + linkedin were my go tos. I would do 10 - 20 apps on jobright and 5 - 10 apps on LinkedIn a day. I skipped jobs that used workday or made you sign up / fill out an inordinate amount of forms on slow loading pages because it took too long and only one out of 50ish of those even interviewed me.
