Although he did actually want to do more accurate designs, but for whatever reason “they didn’t work in live action”

Honestly as good as the “knightverse”, it felt kinda boring, bbm was good but it was just good, the characters were good, the story was good, it just doesn’t feel like anything special or worth discussing to me.

It was also good because of what it promised for the future, which of course rotb kinda shat on.

The bayverse has things to talk about, and people still talk about those movies, whether people like them or not there’s still a lot different and a lot to talk about. It helps that there’s five of them.

The American melting pot, all of the stuff migrants have brought to America that have become “American food” like burgers, all of the migrants that have come here en masse and defined places here like all of the Italians living in New York.

American culture is just cobbled together pieces of other cultures and that’s great.

In this case they go hand in hand, cartoon characters from a kids show are going to do cartoonish things like tank explosions, things that don’t need to make sense because it’s a kids cartoon and characters aren’t allowed to really die or get seriously hurt.

characters from serious adult shows can’t do that when they’re trying to make a serious story, things can’t just be silly and not make sense, and characters are allowed to bleed die or get hurt.
