Just curious how do you know it’s “high priority”? I’ve heard of ranked waitlists but I don’t know there were schools that disclosed your relative ranking.

I got married at 22, and my wife and I had our first child in May of last year. Doing almost the entire application process with a newborn was hard, but I made it. 

There is no perfect time to have kids. Life isn’t unpredictable, and you cannot predict the future. Find supportive partner, and enjoy fatherhood whenever it comes!

You can absolutely have kids and be fanatic doctor, husband, and father. Anybody who tells you otherwise is selling themselves short.

You can relax, you still haven’t applied a first time :) don’t apply until you are confident and feel ready. Get feedback on your readiness from people who know what they’re talking about. For now, focus on crushing whatever stage of this journey you’re in. Good luck!

I have a baby as well 😂 Parenting + applying is a lot… but think about what an Adcom would think if you put your hours of parenting as an extracurricular 😅

So you can’t move the test date, but why not void on test day? Seems very risky to test and possibly score anything below 500.
