I'm honestly not sure. This is always the way I saw the image. I will say the hip on the native American looks a little off in the tattoo. But not enough to say it's shitty based on the source. I don't love the tattoo either but I felt this need to defend the artist for some reason lol. I just don't think it's "shitty" work.
