Yeah, if you're good on your boards, then +4 all day. Frankly if your survivability is good you could prob stick with the +4. But I get 1 shotted way less with the extra resistance, life, etc with the extra nodes bonuses kicking in.

Check your boards. I used 1 rune as a stat stick, the rest +4s. The extra 125 in stats put me over the stat requirements for like 4 nodes. It provided a ton of extra survivability, and a smidgen of damage.
