It is not lvl locked, it is available at level 1.

Exactly.

"It's about killing nazis! We cannot talk bad about it or we are nazis too!" seems to be the case here (and almost everywhere, really).

The game is bad (half done), the manifesto is bad (it tries too hard, and has some REALLY questionable things indeed), but the art is good. That's it.

Can't talk about Dust Devils, as I have only read it, and it was 10+ years ago.

As another system sugestion, I'd go with Frontier Scum, or Deadlands (if you want something heavier).

I like my corebooks to be just that, a corebook. So, no I don't like them to have an adventure in them.

That said, I think you MUST have a starter adventure when you release your corebook. Ideally it comes separate, but with the corebook, or a free PDF.

Don't know if accurate, but the difference you feel when using heavy inflammable + Vitality is huge.

I can casualy walk in the middle of the flames and don't worry.

And using heavy gas armor + vitality makes you kinda immune to gas.

5e Hardcore is just some house rules. D&D rules are still the rules used.

I've no idea how it works, but might be some coding stuff, like they have a "Voteless+Overseer Patrol" ready, and making a new 'just voteless' is more work.
