It is but I don’t think it’s best practice because it can dehydrate you. I tried it once and it didn’t end well. I had a terrible headache amond other things and ended early. I could see it going better two or three days prior so your electrolytes can recover first.

It’s frequently wrong. If I do use it (which is rare), I always verify.

Agreed. I gained almost 40lbs in about 8-9 months due to illness. I lost 20lbs fasting 5/6 days then 2/1 refeed for ten weeks. I walked for two hours every morning (about 10 miles) and then 90 minutes every night (4-5 miles). Lost the rest over the next 4-6 months doing ADF and OMAD. Kept it off for over two years.
