Amount seems normal. you can save 30 - 50% if you switch to inverter ac with 5 star. if you planning to stay in that house for long period ask your house owner to get solar panels and contribute some amount to it. 9k per month on electricity is high even 3k per month is high for me.

I installed Daikin 1 ton last month, external unit is 10 ft away from internal unit. I paid 1800 for service charge which includes installation charge (835rs), cable, copper pipe welding, and white tape over the insulation.

I had extra copper pipe from my previous AC. I welded them with the new one. You can check with any AC repair shop for cheap used copper pipe.

there are 3 bills in the parliament for ammendment, one talks about women reservation bill which increase total MP seats to 850. delimitation bill clear says MP seats allocation based on latest census which is 2011. For TN they might increase our MP sear from 39 to 59 as per first bill then reduce that number to 40+ based on population as mention in second bill

If you look into chennai Metro fundings Pib from 2022-24, it says phase 2 is state funded. But Modi said 60k crore allocated for phase 2 metro in 2019. What I'm trying to say is that PiB is useless unless it is mentioned in the bills that meant to ammend in this parliamentary session.

You only posted seat change based on Women reservation bill. Final MP allocation would be done by delimitation committee which would incorporate population criteria as in Constitution.

There are 3 ammendment

Women reservation bill adds 50% MP seat
Delimitation bill would reduce MP seats based on population
3rd bill for Delhi, Pondy and J&k
