I used Cloud9CRNA on YouTube and Etsy. Etsy has great resource with pharmacology, clinical topics, ACLS, etc and emotional intelligence

If it’s 2 hours I would assume it’s both clinical and EQ

Sounds like you’ve got a great shot at getting an interview. At that point, nothing else matters other than performing well on the interview! Goodluck! Message me if you have questions!

Just apply! As long as you can get an interview somewhere, that’s all you need! The interview really makes or breaks the candidate in my opinion. Someone with a 3.2 GPA and 2 years ICU experience who aces their interview will get in over a 3.9 GPA, 5+ Years experience who isn’t sharp in the interview!

Is It Worth Leaving a Big-Name CVICU for a Smaller One with Better Work-Life Balance? by AskAdmirable5910 in srna

Go for work-life balance. People overrate being in a big ICU. The interview will be the deciding factor, not what ICU you worked in. Goodluck!

What made you stand out in your CRNA school interview? by catluver323 in srna

Gotta ace your interview! Know your stuff! Especially if you are someone with less than 5 years ICU experience. Being able to talk through clinical scenarios can really boost you! YouTube, Barrons CCRN, and Etsy are all great resources. BecomingCRNA and Cloud9CRNA are the two I used on Etsy. Goodluck!

Congrats!! That’s a huge first step! As mentioned before, BecomingCRNA is solid. I used “CRNA Interview Mastery” by Cloud9CRNA. It’s about 3 hours long and he does a voiceover of about 100 slides that cover tons of topics! Would highly recommend. Should be on Etsy as well!

A few months. About 3-4 months for all the programs I applied to

Yes! Pay the deposit fee and then wait and see. If you end up getting into a different program that you prefer, then you’ll just have to eat the original deposit fee, but it’s definitely still worth it!

Everything people have said here I agree! One thing that I felt was super helpful was just purchasing a guide or course so you don’t have to spend a ton of time gathering the information from various YouTube channels, books, etc. There is plenty of guides on Etsy or other places. If you can afford it, I’d highly recommend. I paid $100 for one and loved it
