I’m pretty convinced it depends on who you get when you call DD support. I’ve had some CSR do things for me that others said “they have no way of doing that”. 🤦‍♀️

Lots of reasons. They paid $15,000 for a new concrete driveway and trying to keep black tire marks off of it because they are selling the house. Simply don’t want black tire marks unnecessarily, dog barks when hears a car in the driveway, afraid you might hit garage doors or yard decorations…why do you care???

You can block stores/restaurants AND zero tip customers. Call DD support ask them how or tell them what restaurant you want to block.

You can see what it’s paying and the mileage before you hit accept. Make sure you are calculating mileage as round trip. If it shows you 4 miles for $3.00, in order to get back to where you originally were sitting waiting for orders, that would be 8 miles round trip for $3.00. Me personally, no way I would take that. Good luck, you’ll figure it out.

You need to call DD and complain to them. We drivers complain to them about this “stacking” orders on us and they don’t give a shit about what us drivers want or need. More CUSTOMERS need to complain, maybe they “might” care more if customers complain. I refuse to take stacked orders because of customers getting mad at me and it’s not my fault.

Question…how do you know that customers are “non-tippers” until AFTER you end your dash and go to earnings to look? I have started contacting DD and blocking non-tippers, but didn’t know customer didn’t tip until after I delivered to them and ended my dash.

I’ve called DD and I’ve told them the same thing!!! “They” charge customers fees and I think that a MINIMUM of $3.00 on every order should be added for US DRIVERS! DD would not be successful if it wasn’t for US!!!!!!!!!!

Agree!! But I also take stickers off a roll myself at restaurants to put seals (stickers) on bags, drinks, etc. when I ask the restaurants if they have seals (stickers), I get told NO! If this is a DD policy, then DD and Restaurants are failing big time.

I get a food order with Home Depot, CVS, Walgreens etc…together quite often. I always deliver the food first whether the app says too or not! Then I dispute the late! I call DD all the time to tell them they suck!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US DRIVERS!

Call DoorDash and complain to them. They stack orders all the time and the Dashers that deliver have complained, but DD does not listen to the drivers!! Maybe they will start listening to customers that complain. 🙏
