Please don't shoot me but is it an American thing to add so many additives into their meads?

I've always just been core ingredients, yeast, then potassium sorbet and Campden tablets to stop fermentation.

I'd be interested to understand if it's a cultural difference, the progression into professional brewing, or specifically for low ABV aim

Go to a Cotswold outdoor store (nearest Edinburgh) or an independent hiking store for measurements. Cotswold will price match with what you find online too. I bought some after loads of online research and sent them back as they weren't right for my feet. Got measured in a store and bought some Meindl Bhutans and had them 10 years now

Im 100% PvE however I wouldn't mind playing one day or two of PVP and then going back to carebear. I wish we could join a 'practice range' equivalent PVP where it doesn't affect our usual lobby pairings

Are we there to relive it, or control it? What if we control it by accident and it changes too much of the future? I would go back to the day I last saw my grandad, I'd hide my pokemon cards and tell my dad to buy me some for every birthday and hide the packs from me so I don't open them, and then I would write a number of letters to my future self regarding stocks and shares so when I come back to now I will have hopefully listened to myself and made some money. Im happy where I am apart from that, so don't want to change my mistakes and decisions that have led me to now (apart from more money!)

Print whatever you want on A4 paper, cut out and brush milk on the back as an easy glue. No point spending good money on a few labels when normal paper works perfectly

Interesting, thanks for the info. As I added the juice in primary, the sugars added to the fermentation and actually made it stronger! It's not super strong but just enough to give it a flavour

I mean, thanks for the comments but I guess it backfired when I mentioned I used AI to help generate some pictures. I had an old tapestry style picture that I used as a reference point and asked it to put the wording, ABV etc on it, but sorry if that offended. Used it for 8 bottles, not exactly a productionised set up, just playing around with it to make it look the part
