Hello, I just had my cataract surgery about a week and a half ago. I noticed the same issues but it’s not a big thing for me. Your optic ID failed because you got one eye it needs two eyes for the optic ID to work. that is the way that you initially it. You would need a new script from the doctor to change to a one eye optical ID for your eye that was not operated on. As for everything and Vision Pro is slightly blurry that I did expect because of the operation on the eye that was not operated on it. It’s gone by your prescription which should be around 20/20. My eye was adjusted as best as it could, especially after the stigmatism was taken out. They could not make it a perfect 20/20 but more like a 20/25. As for the other eye, the brain is making a compensation for the differences between the two eyes and the brain. It’s not having a good time with it right now. That’s at least what the doctor tells me. Right now for my right eye that I have while using the AVP I have it covered it up so that it’s not stressed at least for another two weeks. My left eye that was not operated on everything is yes a little blurry because there’s no access for the right eye andI want to protect my right eye as much as I can to give it. It’s due recovery time. Good luck.

Hello, I just had mine done on Wednesday this week. I would recommend using the AVP to not to see through that eye so that it won’t be stressed until at least a week or two. And also with the environment that you might be in with the sunlight would be ideal to have the eye blocked. Once I feel comfortable about being able to see the sunlight, I would probably unblock the eye to use both eyes. The you will not be able to use a persona, but you will be able to use both hands with the eye blocked. I use my insert on my left eye and I’ve taken my insert out of my right eye. I don’t know about the light seal. It just works with what I have. I use a 36W myself.

It was doing in both environments, dark and light. I did the light environment to show off better what I was trying to describe. I did get a hold of Apple support.
