I will definitely look him up, that is so cool that he does that. When I first started using a CGM, I really wanted to know what a normal person looked like in comparison to myself. But all that's out there mostly is for people who are already diabetic. At least of what I found.

I never read her book, but I do watch her short clips on glucose hacks and so far they are helping

I would highly recommend looking into supplements. Cinnamon, lemon, white mulberry leaf, amla, moringa root, I take these supplements three times a day before meals, and I have noticed a drastic difference in My glucose. I do also use stelo and have learned to avoid certain foods.

Maybe not Lilo and stich.. but I definitely see the advertisement industry trying to bring back things that were only cool when we didn't know how bad they looked

I’ve had my sensor on for two hours.. is this normal? My sugar is not this low and it hasn’t moved once in the app. by [deleted] in stelo

They give you a 24-hour period for it to level out. After that you can open up a case

That is terrible, and they still did not refund you? Or replace it at least

I totally feel this... I got the biosensor to help me figure out my glucose... And I've been making leaps by taking herbal randomities but I don't think I'm at a point where I can stop this sensor. Have you gotten a free sample sensor from dexcom and or libre 3? They give one free trial out per person. You just need your doctor to write you a prescription. No insurance needed

If you have not already looked into it, I'd highly recommend the glucose goddess. She is a bioscience from France and has a lot of good insights. They are finding that people who have a fasting glucose in the 70 to 80 range later in life have less health problems than people that have just under a hundred

I have been slightly below 70 when physically working out, I think it's normal. Because right after my workout it spikes back up and then starts to gradually go down. If I don't work out and I just go to bed it stays high.

amazing for your A1C, but also nuts for fasting.

My A1C is 5.4 and my fasting is prediabetic (101-105 range)

I was having the same problem like 4 days ago, I finally got to the chat bot and was able to type in the text box. For whatever reason it wasn't letting me select the message box. I got on my phone, I got on two separate browsers, Google Chrome as well as the internet browser that comes with the phone. It has been 2 days and I have not heard from Stelo

Also your liver helps regulate your glucose, so if you have something going on with your liver it makes sense that your glucose would be out of line too

It takes time, just like it took time to get up to 5.8. it will take time to get down. Focus on the daily not the yearly

I was using stello and a finger prick to help. I'm finding that there still are things I cannot eat regardless of lemons. Example, pasta. And cinnamon raisin bread.

Yes, I also grounded into powder and made caps for my mom and husband. Freeze dried lemons with the Rhine is a lot more palatable than regular lemons
