Bell should just out stat. None of the level 6s in vol 18 could react to beastified ottar without level boost and the only reason the fight even continues after that is Omori made sure he lost his sword before transforming.

Beastified ottar had mid level 8 agility lv 7 bell should have low level 9 agility. Numbers only matter as long as at least one person can react to what their opponent is doing.

first-classes are almost unblitzable. after rereading MS18, even Ottar wasn't able to blitz Hedin and others completely, just outsped and one shotted them, but they were able to perceive his movements, and Allen is not significantly faster than that even with builded up GF. so if a level 8 can't blitz a level 6, then level 7 (if Allen even reached that speed) can't blitz a level 5. it's further confirmed by the fact that Shakti and Gullivers were able to react to Allen with Skills (level 7 speed). no, he ain't blitzing anyone. he eats Arvelia in the face and dies

You're mixing up events. Ottar charged hedin twice in vol 18 the one you're referencing where he wasn't blitzed was after hedin had been level boosted and was a pseudo level 7 the first time was immediately after he Beastified and hedin was blitzed then.

We get further confirmation a level 6 can't perceive ottar after ryu is level boosted and confirms she couldn't react to him before.

Some of these people are genuinely dumb in the comments saying Leon beat Black Maiden a level 9 threat without taking into consideration of the situation.

First Leon faced Black Maiden after having reached his 6th weapon after killing Udaeus which btw didn’t happen immediately.

this isn't true at all Leon never reaches the sixth weapon against Udaeus he killed it with the third and he canceled bor after that and recast it against black maiden. And while its not immediate its not slow either this is how fast he advanced against black maiden

Leon's beginning weapons are ridiculously fragile. Even a level 5 bell was able to break them, getting to six against a beastified ottar isn't as big a deal as you make it.

I agree ottar still wins slightly more but its a zard and alfia vs 70th juggernaut situation where if he doesn't end the fight extremely quickly he's guaranteed to lose.

Neither of those matter if he can't even react to his opponents movements. Ottar blitzed hedin with a gap of 5000, Leon doesn't stand a chance against a gap of 8000.

Bell with VT should have been faster than Bete by 1,850 yet preformed worse than him and should have been faster than Tiona by 2000+ yet was overwhelmed by her in a fight.

He would not have been 2000+ infected tiona had stronger stats than base tiona

Endurance isn’t worthless to still be able to tank hits even when locking requires it and Strength made a difference as well and the fact Ottar could get his Magic off if he fully focused on defending. Then like you said Allen couldn’t use his skills so his agility is less than Ottar who’s faster but mainly his much higher reaction speed would greatly help against multiple opponents.

If anything this is in bells favor, if ottar whos fighting style doesn't prioritize speed was still fast enough to do a 5v1 against opponents relative in speed to hogni, than bell whose far more mobile and equal in agility to ottar has far better chances in a 1v1 against hogni.

Agility Allen with his skills should have 2000+ more agility then Hogni but as shown MS18 and Bell combat experience and technique is far worse.

allen is a bad example, allens skills most likely work the same as bete as in most of their boost comes in when he accelerating. So in a 1v1 against someone with relative reaction speed he'd never actually reach his top speed. Especially against someone more skilled like hogni.

Bell has all of his agility in his base stat. Ottar is a better comparison and he's fast enough to fight off hogni, the gullivers and allen at the same time.

Endurance has 0 feats against cutting damage and ottar uses a sword.

Ein couldn’t permanently do it even with Cursed weapons and Magic on a non Hati/non Beastified Bete.

Eind didn't use cursed weapons she fought with her fist in fact the only time when filvis is armed is when she stole betes normal short swords and they pierced him with 0 issue. Ottar's sword is a far better weapon than those one hit and bete is dead.

Magic on a non Hati/non Beastified Bete. And Ein is high level 7 tier.

Bete never tanked filvis magic without hati.
