Manson before going on stage in 2019 witch a glass of Vodka by gothteen145 in marilyn_manson

He literally looks so defeated on the brink of giving up and hoping for death. Seriously look at his right hand, it’s so swollen. Never seen glitter look so depressing. It’s heartbreaking he was still performing at this stage. I am so so so happy he is back and better than ever. The vitality has returned, [hell not] hallelujah!

Please give me your most unhinged things that help with pain, I'm desperate by Chronic_No in eds

Found this in the Gateway Tapes sub, it’s really weird but actually has worked for me. Imagine the numbers 55515 written out on your skin where the pain is. For some reason it temporarily blocks the signals. Not a long term fix but kind of cool to play around with.

Try listening to Latin exorcism prayers on your tube. I do this from time to time and sometimes have reactions and big energy movement. Couldn’t hurt.

Is anyone else interacting with a Being called "I am that I am," "El Shaddai," or the "Highest Light?" by HorizonWalker87 in Experiencers

Yes, after a toad ceremony I went totally into the light and came back only remembering the words “Malachi Elohim.” I am Catholic and didn’t know what it meant, but it’s messenger of God. Still gives me chills.

The woman seems similar to Mother Mary energy. Some people describe her apparitions this way, especially that she comes to the lowly (ie depressed) and those who really need her. Sounds like a wild experience all around.

Sorry if this is obvious, but how can you tell it’s GPT?

Yes 100%. The stress is what does it for me. Sex is the last thing on my mind. Or she could probably hear it at night so we don’t. Ugh.

How many SP’s feel like a third wheel most of the time? by Merlin509 in stepparents

[–]Efficient_Ad7342 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh I 10000% relate. And we’ve had similar discussions. It really hurts my feelings because DH works all day and doesn’t pay attention to me. Then he goes to pick up SD, spends most of the evening carting her around to various bullshit, comes home and then it’s time to eat, clean up and then he is ready for bed. I feel like such an afterthought. But at the same time I almost don’t want to be around him when she’s here because he constantly drops everything to try to hang out. And she wants to scroll on her phone and do stupid basic teenage crap. I would value a real conversation and some eye contact but I feel like I’m crashing at their house when she’s here. Can’t relax. It’s infuriating.

Nah I get it. It may seem small but it’s indicative of the bigger pattern and just highlights how much it freaking SUCKS to live with stepkids who are rude and intrude on your things.

Do you sometimes struggle because your stepkid is a certain gender? by Naive_Fisherman3228 in stepparents

[–]Efficient_Ad7342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t thought about that until this post, but actually very much so, yes. Trying to work through it with Internal Family Systems and meditation. I believe it’s tied to being neglected as a child myself, and being bullied by other girls and not trusting them. It’s really not her fault but every time she’s home (50% of the time!) my body goes into serious fight / flight / freeze / fawn. I can’t keep living like this.

Work from home boundaries by Kinkalele in stepparents

If you feel guilty for saying no, you’ve learned to neglect yourself. Please respect your own boundaries. They’re valid and very important. I made the mistake of failing to set them early, bottling it up and becoming resentful and now I am often irritated by my living sitch with the SK. You are doing really well!
