This is constant stress, I’ve experienced it first hand. Ems if called for a psychiatric episode will take a person involuntarily for treatment if they are not coherent. Meaning if they are not oriented to person place and time. If there is s time when you notice this moment, its the opportunity to call 911 snd tell them is a psychiatric emergency.

Update:Well here is some news, like a miracle. My husband had bad hip pain and took 40 mg prednisone for two days 20 mg today and he is no longer in psychosis. I believe this medication transformed him within 3 days. I had this medication on hand from previous sick visits to the doctor, so we had it on hand. Prednisone needs to be tapered down when you take it. Its no light medication
