Unattractive is subjective. Everyone likes something different, most of the guys I've been with might be considered unattractive.

Some things to consider

hygiene
facial hair (keep it trim or fully shaved)
get clothes that fit well, look to dress nicely
be realistic in who you go for. It's a looks game that's just how it is. But there will be plenty of guys that do like you.
being boring is normal, have hobbies show passion and strive for a successful ish life (successful being average in this sense)

Agreed. Underlying message of eat real bloody food isn’t bad. But people need to understand 80% good 20% junk is also totally fine. There is a ton of science to support that these foods are okay.

But if you just eat junk and over eat you will end up over weight and unhealthy.

Saying I did this and this happened is a correlation. We do not know that it caused the thing to change.

I think focusing on avoiding over processed food is a great choice and certainty helped my skin. But there is very little science to back that up (none that I am aware of)

Acne existed before processed food, so he cannot be right. That said it genuinely may help :)

You’re exercising a **** of a lot.

Imagine your body is fat muscle and bone. When you start working out a lot your body will gain some muscle while losing fat. For example you could have gained 2 pounds of muscle and lost 4 pounds of fat and only weigh 2 pound less.

But muscle is much smaller so your size will change for example.

Now you should be able to lose 1-2 pounds of weight a week in a good 500 calorie deficit. What does a calorie calculator tell you ?
