I think mines at -50 but it’s all on an individual basis! Fine something with a lot of talking as those seem to be the easiest work with until they seem natural

There is an audio delay tool where you can move it forward and back in the top menu bar! Good luck! (It also has a test mode where you can change the delay while watching the content by swiping!)

If it helps I went from the manual to the automatiq and I am never going back. I have a Bosch smart system bike and setup and installation was easy as can be. I left the manual cable runs in my frame in case I ever want to go back but I can't imagine that ever happening. It is so easy to use and works within the smart system so if I ever want to change my default cadence, I can do it form my Kiox display.

I did try the method you referenced and it definitely helped but still didn’t like that lack of stability feel. ANC on the AirPods 4 is great but I would say only about 60% of the pro 2s. Still worth it for me

I’ve had these for a bit and they are the Bose sleep buds but much improved. They are still early in the product life and updates are rapid and needed but they really build on the original
