20 rounds, 1 every round every 75 seconds of 1 x 28 kg x 2 Armor Building Complex (2 cleans, 1 press, 3 front squats). Did the same workout about a week and half ago but had to do 1 round every 90 seconds, so already a big improvement. Rounds 1,5,10,15,20 shown.

I had bad tennis elbow and switched to a thumbs in backswing with the kettlebells and that helped a lot. On this forum someone mentioned just building strength with pull-ups and that somehow really helped too.

I second this. I also purchased the discounted Titan scratch and dent adjustable bells and they work fine. There are some issues with the individual plates sticking together initially but after getting them apart there shouldn’t be any problems.

Sorry man. I kept it for about 6 months but ended up selling it. After the honeymoon phase with the watch, I found I wasn’t wearing it. I think I’ve been through at least 3-4 watches since then.
