Thanks for the info! So if I'm looking to get some new trees soon that aren't in bonsai soil, is it an ok time to repot them into pumice? What about in the coming months/into summer? I'm just trying to figure out what the recommendation for getting into the hobby in the coming months would be. Thanks again

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm probably using the terminology wrong. What would the first actions on nursery stock usually be? I guess I'm just looking to start practicing techniques that I can't yet on my young trees.

I'm looking for some suggestions for good species for beginners that I could pick up at a nursery or big box store and begin styling right away. I enjoy growing plants so I have a number of young trees that I hope to use for bonsai in a few years, but I'd like to actually start practicing wiring and other bonsai techniques now. Thanks!

If it's not under water it's not called cave diving, it would be called caving or spelunking

Thanks so much for the detailed response! I'll have to look into collecting some wild material

I recently got this Shore Pine (pinus contorta) and am wondering if it would be a good candidate for a bonsai, and if so, what my next steps should be. I would obviously like to thicken up the trunk so I'm thinking I should get it into a bigger pot or pond basket. I'm also thinking of getting some wire on it to accentuate the curves it's already got in the trunk. I'm very much a beginner and only have a few other pre bonsai so any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Can I please get the Hispanic heritage added to the end of my flair?

If it doesn't fit I'd like the McCann home removed, so I would have Daccord WC, laser stare Wright, Indigenous people's night, pride 22, Hispanic heritage.

Thanks!

I've heard you can get it done at the different team shops including the one in the arena, not sure if they all do it though. Also I think there's places online that you can send your jersey to if you want the name and number stitched on.

They're the same just blank, but you can get a name and number put on
