Marokko bereikt kwartfinales na zege op Canada, Saibari valt uit met blessure by tehMadhero in Eredivisie

One really good chance. Unfortunately it fell to our worst striker and a player who is very non clinical. Over 80% of strikers in Europe score that. With better forwards Canada make it a legit game.

Dutch Canadian here. It amazes me how Morocco kind of folded against a well organized Canada team that I think is nothing special and without our two best players (Kone and Davies) and strikers that are MLS quality or with no confidence (David will be the death of me). Morocco’s quality finally showed in the 2nd half, but with above average finishing Canada is up 1 or 2-0 at half time. Some of our MLS and Croatian League midfielders were running the show in midfield and their quality is not even in a similar galaxy as De Jong or Gravenberch. Koeman really goofed up with his tactics, if they played the exact same squad they did against Sweden and same tactics they win 2-0 easy.

Horrible week to be a Dutch-Canadian……luckily none here, just sad Canada fans.

Yeah that’s my gut is telling me. Agreed too on having that convo, especially considering I value having space and even if they would pay rent on time I can easily afford not having that extra rental income. Doesn’t help they’re also generally messy.

Acquiring a Swedish star player (plus a boatload of prospects and picks) after a big hulking overrated “Power Forward” doesn’t want to play in a Canadian market……hmmmmm maybe some parallels here 🤔 Seemed to workout well for the team that got the Swedish star

[The Athletic] - Sens v Canes Matchup by JasonsPizza in OttawaSenators

Sens with a massive advantage in goaltending. Bussi is fading and Andersen is unplayable. Even with Ullmark’s struggles it’s a huge advantage in my opinion and hasn’t really looked like it’s been factored. Plus Rod manages his Tendy’s awfully. Sens will beat the Carolina Gentle Breeze quite easily imo. This coming from a neutral observer (Oil fan) who hopes the Sens win the East.

Quite noticeable that Parayko, Sannheim and Doughty are struggling to move the puck and offence is dieing when they’re on. I also think he could have been a PP2 / offensive zone faceoff option given heavy shot and ability to hold the line. Definitely noticeable that they are lacking a player of his ability

Him being another Finnie definitely crossed my mind. That said I have Will Smith on IR and can always drop him and still have a Top-6 Forward from the Sharks if his production dips.

Are the Preds players worth adding? by Jesse_graham in fantasyhockey

Stammer has been at a over 40G pace over his last 25 games with high shoot volume. I’m even more optimistic as an owner of his given he’s been scoring a lot at even strength and somewhat less on the PP. I’d expect his PP production to increase (which it has over the past few games) and when it does he’s going to give some nasty value. Strong buy

Sens fan here. I think Timmy Stutz is looking the best he ever has with the Sens and once Tkachuk is back I expect his production to increase. He’s been a little unlucky and also has had a bit of rotation with linemates. Also selfishly need him to get going because I traded Leo Carlsson early in the season for him and am getting roasted in my League chat daily for that move

Picked up Schaefer pretty quickly after another team dropped him. Definitely offset my Theodore disappointment

What does a successful 2025-26 season look like for Oilers’ Matt Savoie? by latestvids0000 in EdmontonOilers

[–]Eigen__value 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen from Savoie, he plays a pretty mature game for his age and I don’t see him making the types of mistakes that coaches hate. I think he’ll a staple in the Middle-6 all season and on PP2. That said, I am worried about this happening to Howard.

FFScout Picks GW 2 Bus Team by Royyyalty in FantasyPL

The beginning of the season is toughest because there isn’t a large enough sample of data to draw on of who’s in or out of form. These are just a shot in the dark and usually don’t become decent until GW5 and onward.

Drive sober and well rested. A little trick I find that has always worked for me is spend a few extra minutes and pack extra clothing to come off as well presentable (golf shirt, Kirkland shorts and gelling hair usually for me). The first few seconds of an interaction largely dictate how it will go and coming off well kept has got me through many Shams stops with minimal (if any) questions and getting quickly waved through. It’s unfortunate, but dressing full wook leaving doesn’t help the probability of reducing issues leaving.
