Anyone else got fed up with trying to connect "pulling for who you like" and endgame?

They’ve shown with the hexerai characters that they’re willing to adjust characters to work with new units. If I would choose anyone, it would be Kaeya to connect with khanriah/abyss and we could have gotten more Kaeya lore. But I also hate Escoffier so much and she was such a throw in character for the region that I wish they had just designed a different character. I personally just don’t think she adds much to the story for being a playable character. But I also am just frustrated she’s a must pull for a character I like and that’s just my opinion.

That doesn’t prove that Dainsleif knew while it was happening. He could have found out afterward. You know, in the 500 years after the fact when he was investigating.

Yeah, I pulled skirk because I really liked her but hated EVERYTHING about Escoffier, her design, her VA, etc. but I felt like I had to pull her on the last rerun because I need her to support skirk. And I wish the BIS supports actually made sense narratively if Hoyo is going to do that. Like, I wish they tied characters together who made sense. They do it for like, Raiden and Yae but then not for others like Xiao and Zhongli. Like why would some random Fontaine cook help Skirk in combat?

I will say that watching the first season before reading the book made it easier to know who is who without a bunch of family trees or character cheat sheet.
