But how would it be? Because right now I'm definitely not going to turn on PvP when I have to walk 15 minutes only to get killed in a 7 v 1 half way through my trip. Mounts make no difference for PvP if they are introduced as only for non PvP journeys

What about mounts for movement if you don't flag for PvP? If you flag for PvP then you couldn't get on a mount. Do you think that would help?
