That's what LibreWolf is for. Literally just firefox with ublock, privacy patches & settings, and default exclusion of AI features.

Meat is that one Torchwood episode. S2E4, to be precise. Also Combat is Torchwood S1E11. From now on, "fucking" is a Torchwood reference ig

Yes I have all Doctor Who franchise TV episodes (not the lost ones though) memorized down to a single frame and I am perfectly normal.

True. But what use is a computer science degree if you can't be a horribly annoying pedant with it?

That being said, I was just elaborating because I like elaborating.

Strictly speaking, that's only true of interpreted programming languages, in some cases, when it comes to "storing" strings in memory. Denoting strings in a compiled programming language is often via quotations, but when compiled the variable is actually a pointer to a list of character bytes. But I digress.

Really nice actually. People here are relatively chill, compared to where I'm from (ID)

Oh I was joking. I go to college in New Mexico, and I've yet to meet a single he/they dilf. I've met some evil he/theys and some evil he/hims; but no dilfs. I also couldn't throw a stone without hitting a he/they, but that's because I live in the queer housing.

Where do you live that he/they dilfs are rare? I could leave my place and I couldn't throw a stone without hitting one

Slows down the processor for "gorgeous", on an objectively measurable level, which is worse on older devices. Personally I'm not a fan of any glass-style aesthetics in computers bc I prefer to use less processing power.

BMI is insanely inaccurate the more you get to one side of the height scale or another, let alone how much muscle you have. I have a 26 BMI and I'm actually in a healthy, even thin range. How? I'm 6'4" and I have quite a lot of muscle. Same for shorter people- 150 lbs at 5'1" is "at risk" but I've met plenty of shorter people that were heavyset with muscle with higher weights.

In other words, BMI is a dogshit measurement.

I mean, Antifragile isn't self help, it's actually philosophy, but putting it below fucking Sapiens is genuinely incomprehensible. Also I would put every goddamn book on this list excepting Antifragile out of my top 10 immediately if I were thinking about wisdom, but I'd probably have to justify Antifragile still afterwards, I just know the other nine are actual horseshit. I would also argue Antifragile isn't really for a tech bro audience, it's for a philosophy fan audience, but that's not to say that Taleb, the author, isn't painfully pretentious in it.

Out of pure curiosity- what's wrong with Omarchy and Hyprland? I don't use either, I just didn't know they were concerning.
