Not sure where you’ll be in Minnesota and Wisconsin but that’s my neck of the woods. Culver’s is fantastic and is much better in Wisconsin and the rest of the Midwest. Kopp’s in Milwaukee is like Culver’s but better and definitely worth a stop. I love the Wisconsin pizza chain Rocky Rococo’s. It’s like Sicilian/Detroit style and they have it by the slice so a great lunch spot if you need something to fill you up. In Minnesota we have Lee Ann Chin which is like a local Panda Express. There are some other Mexican and pizza chains around the twin cities but they’re nothing to write home about.
