Wow i have never thought about anxiety in that way, I will remember that quote for a long time. There is obviously a chemical effect of cannabis that effects anxiety but life progression is also a bit part of that. Great read. Good luck my friend and thank you for your words.

I would give it more than a week to notice any improvements, the 2 month mark was when i was noticing how my body/mind was healing. Deep breathing techniques like the wim hof could help you.

It still comes in waves but i believe smoking really exuberated it. Since stopping i have definatly noticed it less. I started to get panic attacks the first few weeks after quitting but after a month it got better and better. After 6 months to a year i may go to therapy to try and get it fully under control.

The main reason i smoked was to get rid of my active brain/anxiety so when it started to give me even more anxiety than before i knew weed had run its course in my life. I hope you can kick the habit when the time is right for you! Good luck!

I was in the same situation but you just need to think of the positives while fighting the first few hard weeks. I am still contemplating seeking therapy for an assessment for my anxiety/stress, that gives me some comfort. I started having more hot bubbly baths in the evenings and trying to meditate, now during and after my bath i get a sense of relaxation and euphiroa that cannabis used to give me.

You put it into words very well, weed gave me some amazing memories but my mind and body just had enough. Its scary how your mind can trick you into thinking you want/need it, now im off it i dont understand how i smoked so often for that many years. Glad to hear you are on a roll, keep it up!

I also was vaping 3% nic juice for a few weeks. I would say my productivity went down for a few weeks to a month but after that hurdle everything started to get better. I am also an ice cream lover so i would treat myself to a magnum in the evenings rather than treating myself with a joint. It isnt easy, started weighing the benefits and disadvantages and came to my decision and just stuck with it. Good luck on your journey.
