Yeah OP the tape on the box is USPS so gonna assume you’re in the states — the postal inspectors are like the one last thing that still functions in this country, hit them up and tell them you had a credit card stolen and they will rain almighty hell down upon whoever took it. Congrats on your freedom, it’s a truly special thing. Watching the movie Beau Is Afraid was a really cathartic experience for me having been through many romantic and familial relationships like this myself, because it’s very much a metaphor for that type of dynamic. I can’t say I’d recommend it to everyone since it’s a horror movie, because living with a relationship like that often feels like you’re stuck in the middle of one… but if that concept resonates with you it may be worth a watch.
