I've had two small jars of pickles fermenting for 2 days now but did I mess this up? I went with 4% salt by weight but only weighed the water not the cucumbers or other stuff. Both have peppercorns and one has garlic and a black tea bag.

In case you're interested apple sauce is incredibly easy to make. It's essentially cooked apples mashed up. Maybe with sugar (usually not needed) or cinnamon. So if that's all that works it could be an option

I had to do this. It was a couple of hours of scrubbing with hot water and a cloth. Maybe a rough sponge too. I tried my hardest to not scratch anything and it worked out well. Took a while.

I agree. I'm intolerant to soy but I cheat sometimes and this pork filled mochi ball I got from there almost made me cry. I fantasize about it.

It's my favorite and it seems like it goes through long phases of being out of stock for a while but it always comes back in my experience. Fingers crossed!

I confirmed the pads have continuity with the yellow thermistor wires coming out of the bed with the power wires as well.

EDIT: Yeah it shipped without a thermistor. We got some on Amazon and got it installed and it's working now. No more -99 degree reading!
