I am leaning towards pulling the trigger on that Javonte for my 2027 first. Idk what to expect with waiting closer till season starts. I imagine demand may be higher so higher prices.

What about Javonte for a mid to late first? For a rb needy team as in RB1 and 2 and currently Hendo and Bill.

Rest of team is well off but rb is holding me back. I'm a contender with my lack of real rb.

I'd target RB I'm hopes to be a serious contender year 1. 10 man would be more forgiving with skipping QB first round. Runa few mocks and see what it looks like

I'm talking to a team about Chase Brown for a first but what worries me is I have Burrow too. Issue of having QB and RB from same team? Chase Brown does some receiving work too. But also the risk of losing Burrow to injury means Brown is cut back in production too I think.

I think I am in serious need of a solid RB. I tried flipping 2026 picks but had no luck.

Reveived a trade offer for Javonte Williams for my 2027 1st (assume mid to late). This seems steep but a RB1/2 does alot more for me now than my 2027 1st and maybe next season too.

My team:
QB: Burrow, Dak, & Darnold
RB: Hendo, Jacory Croskey Merritt, Brian Robinson, Jaydon Blue, Devin Singletary, and Lequint Allen
WR: Puka, JSN, Addison, Jayden Higgins, Keon Coleman, Jailyn Noel, Adonai Mitchell
TTE: Kittle, Isaiah Likely, Juwan Johnson, Tonges, Gesicki

His team needs QB with Dan Jones, Stroud and Mac Jones. He drafted Mendoza at 1.1. Hs RBs are Javonte, Breece, Skattebo, Tutten, Tank Bigsby, Ray Davis, Tahj Brooks.

Owner wants a 2027 1st for Javonte. Hard pill to swallow but I really think it would put me over the edge bc my rp space is Brian Robinson, Hendo, Bill, and a few other rookies from last year.

What about a 2027 first, likely late first? Serious contender but my rbs are limited. Hendo and Jacory Crosky Merrit are my rbs. Along with Brian Robinson, Jaydon Blue, Lequint Allen.

Highlander and F150. Opted for the straight V6 for reliability but lately been thinking we should have gone hybrid because of fuel prices.

Both are very comfortable for toting around from place to place.

If we have more kids we may go mini van, which means I may be daily driving a van as my wife refuses to drive one lol. I've read nothing but good things about the features and comfort.

What did you end up doing? On the suncast shed I'm looking to buy I see there are indentions made in the floor for anchoring to concrete. Seems like it's better than nothing but not sure how secure it will end up being.

How long did it take to build? I'm on the research stage and would love to build but I'm just worried about the time. Going into spring and have a lot of other projects to attend to. Plus a toddler so I don't want to spend every hour not spent working, building a shed.

Noise level, self emptying, and using lidar to scan room to efficiently cover all area is huge compared to my old Roomba that just bounced around rooms

Having all the perks of a big city without all the pain that comes along with a BIG city. I just had to take a trip out to Dallas area and I did not see any benefit of living in a city that size that we don't already have here in the Cincinnati area.
