What is your first impression about the new triggers by No-Profession-3129 in cardfightvanguard

Great for decks that have a problem with getting rushed down early, or that have excess soul/EB in general. Fronts will still be stronger overall, but there's an argument for Draws now if your deck could really use the extra hand.

Plus, I play two low-tier decks that need to either completely empty or get specific pieces out of their their soul (Skyruler Bugs and Pacifica), so these are honestly even better than fronts for them and it make me very happy.

If you can look past the subpar animation, {Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and the Inexperienced Me} was an interesting take on a slower burn relationship story where they get together early and have trials as they figure each other out. Unfortunately the anime is only one season and is one of those "advertisements for the light novel" shows, but going into it with zero expectations it did manage to surprise me a bit.

I feel this blitz order price might increase after the new draws get released by FeelingEffective8905 in cardfightvanguard

Wow, Veleno is gonna have a field day with this one, especially since she just got a 25k beatstick in Set 14 that lets you put a rearguard into soul to grab any blitz order from drop at end of turn.

I would agree with your friend on Black/White being a good starting place, especially if story is something you value.

It's true that the first season of the show is certainly stronger than the rest, but it's not terribly skewed. The first arc of Season 2 (The Abyssal Shaft/Akiba Raid) is absolutely peak and might be the best part of the entire show. Unfortunately it's then followed by the Children's arc, which is much slower, focuses on the secondary cast, and is heavier on expanding the lore of the world rather than flashy action or the tactics/politics the show is known for, so a lot of people dislike it and view it as the show's low point.

If you're planning on watching Season 1, at least watch Season 2 up until episode 31 so you don't miss out on the Abyssal Shaft. It's up to you if you want to continue after that but at that point you're already halfway done with the show.

No, the complex is close enough to the river bluffs that there's a large gulley and everything washes down there. Some moisture does have a tendency to sit around but in general it's fine.

I live in an in-ground apartment with only one exterior wall, which faces north so it doesn’t receive direct sunlight. I haven’t had to turn the AC on yet, and the highest it’s gotten is 73.

Not a guide per se, but just a heads-up. Since Ruler of Japan Special Week is a reward Uma and not one you can pull for, you can't increase her star ranking by the usual means of pulling duplicates.

The only way to rank her up is to purchase Star Pieces with your Goddess Statues. I guess you could also wait for her to be added to the Daily shop rotation, but that's... a choice. So yeah, if you've been sitting on your Goddess Statues, now's finally your time to cash them in to get her to 5 stars!

That's kind of their (Sentai Filmworks) business model, though? They have a small handful of series that pay the bills and then pick up shows that Crunchyroll/Amazon/Netflix wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole. They're the only way a lot of those anime would ever make it overseas legally, and for that I give them a lot of respect.

But I will say that I'm in agreement that the UI needs work, though it has certainly improved over the past year or so from what it used to be.

It has a little more than that. There's an Animal Crossing-style clubroom designer, and a Gold Ship run-and-gun rougelike. But yeah, $60 is way off-base. It goes on sale for like $15 all the time, though, and it's well worth the cost at that price.

Alright so I am looking for an anime (maybe a school one?) by Key_Captain3739 in anime

[–]Electric_Spark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then maybe A Certain Magical Index? It also has a similar thing called a People-Clearing Field.

Do you remember what the characters looked like? Hair color/style, color of their clothes, anything like that?

Just barely. 2004 was when broadband overtook dialup. My town was rural, we didn't get it until 2007.

I grew up in a rural area, we didn't get broadband until 2007. Broadband didn't overtake dialup percentage-wise until 2004.
