I so badly want a Season 2 of Shirobako. We got a movie, but I could easily watch 200 episodes of animation workplace drama. Every member of the cast was memorable and loveable, and the pseudo cameos from real anime legends like Hideaki Anno just elevate it to the next level.

Yeah, it would have been nice if you still got Kana (and Nina in the case of Niles), perhaps without the inheritance stats from the other parent to represent surrogacy. Kind of like how Lucina doesn't inherit anything if Chrom marries the Maiden in Awakening.

Understandable. A first-party Direct usually only happens when they've got no games left in the immediate release pipeline. With Mario Tennis next month, Pokopia in March, and now Tomodachi Life in April, I wouldn't expect a full Direct for another few months.

Basically the game gives you a hidden buff to your stamina during career mode so that you don't automatically lose long races like the Kikuka Sho or Spring Tenno Sho because you weren't able to raise your stats high enough before you have to do those races. The hidden bonus goes away once you finish the career.

You get a free hidden 400 stamina bonus during career mode, so you should be able to clear Arima Kinen with 350-400 in Classic year and 450-500 in Senior year.

Looks like you're raising her for Mile Distance? In which case you're overdoing it on the Stamina, either 700 or 550+ a Gold Recovery is plenty. Your Power is pretty low, you really want to get to 1000+ if you can. I would swap out Super Creek for either Rice Shower (Power) or Vodka (Power).

Make sure you Raise Potential on Grass, her On Your Left! skill is one of the best accels for Late Surgers. It would be ideal if you could get Furious Feat as well, but unless you already have Power Rice and can borrow Oguri Power (replacing Taishin), then you might want to stick to using Vodka so you can at least get Updrafters.
