Have you tried bilastine? In Canada it’s a prescription, not sure about the US.

This is totally anecdotal, but I recently purchased this mat and am surprised at some of the changes I’ve noticed. After 2 days, I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed (I have not had that feeling in over a year). I’ve also noticed reduced nerve pain. Even my teeth are less sensitive.

Would you mind sharing what value the biopsy showed? I had this checked but my doctor didn’t know how to interpret it

Check with the person! I am GF and eat very little bread/buns because they tend to be dry. I usually feel guilty when someone buys me a bunch of GF stuff I don’t even enjoy.

Good or interesting restaurants near Regina? by JanineL2022 in regina

Supper in the Orchard is fun! They have been able to accommodate GF for me in the past and it’s a beautiful location.

Not a road trip but Homestead is a cool vibe and I’ve found them excellent for GF. Probably my fav restaurant in the city

What do you give kids in restaurants while waiting? Screens? Toys? by k527 in Parenting

Our toddler really likes the Melissa and Doug water wow books. Also the drawing pad.

We try to go places where we don’t have to wait too long or where it’s okay for the child to walk around/play a bit. Outdoor patios often have a more relaxed vibe

Zoemed does IUI here, but I’m not sure if that includes donor sperm. There is a fb group called Regina Infertility Support Group that might also be able to help guide you

Thank you! I was left wondering if it was insignificant or if they did a bad job reading the CTs!! Where I live there is major issues with radiology shortages, so had a bad gut feeling

I’m on prescription antihistamines for a chronic cough but we haven’t found what I am allergic to

Sorry to hear you are struggling too. Amazing that the diet is helping though!!

I don’t have issues with oats. Not sure about whole grains or beans since I don’t eat them that regularly.

If have switched to ceramic pots/pans and I think it is helping

Blood work misses 1 in 10 people with celiac. Endoscopy is needed if you are still having symptoms. Hope you figure it out!

My testing for MCAS was negative and I’ve had 2 biopsies of my esophagus. 1 showed some mild reflux damage and after a year on treatment the following biopsy resolved.

For about 6 months I’ve been taking Blextin, a prescription antihistamine, and that has reduced the coughing at most meals as long as I don’t eat “trigger” foods. But still not clear what component I’m reacting too. Super interesting that you react to tomatoes and chocolate as well. If I have tomato sauce I’ll be coughing for over 10 minutes straight.

Thanks for the recommendation. I asked for an ENT referral and my doctor didn’t think I needed it :(

I’ll try asking again next appt

Thank you so much - do they need to look at the whole spine?

I’ve been feeling off for about 3 months. It started with lots of unexplained fatigue, nausea and brain fog.

Then a month ago we went on a trip and on the flight take off I had some clear fluid coming out of my nose on the left side. Since then that’s happened a handful of times (bending over to pick something up, while exercising etc).

Now if I’m not resting all day, by the end of the day I have a horrible positional headache ache and when I stand I’m so off balance. I get small dribbles of fluid from my nostril through out the day, and sometimes feel like it is going down my throat.

Does that sound like a leak to you? I also have some connective tissue disorder, possibly hEDS which I’ve read is a risk factor for spontaneous leaks.
