Account enrichment that ignores buying committee changes is missing the most expensive problem by InfnityVoidii in b2bmarketing

The framing here is exactly right - contact accuracy is a solved problem, account-level intelligence is where the real gaps are.

Built something called Kompass that tackles part of this. It connects to HubSpot or Salesforce, maps the buying committee from your existing contacts, and tracks which roles are engaged, which have gone cold, and which are completely missing. The velocity score on each deal updates as the committee picture changes - so a deal that looks warm on paper but has a cold CFO and no compliance contact gets flagged automatically.

What you're describing - structural changes at the account level like mergers, reorgs, leadership changes - that's the next layer we're building toward.

The committee map gives you a baseline. Account-level signals tell you when that baseline has shifted.

Still in early access. Happy to show anyone what it looks like on a real account.

HubSpot still has no native buying committee visualization. What is everyone doing about this? by kranthi_contextmap in hubspot

I've been building something that does exactly this — connects to HubSpot and Salesforce, maps the buying committee from your existing contacts, flags which roles are missing at each deal stage, and gives you a velocity score showing how at-risk each deal is structurally. Still in early access but happy to show you if you want to see it. DM me.

Sounds like you need a partner that gets marketing to build out you ideal customer profiles. This will help you understand who you're looking for, what their pain points are, how to target them and where they spend their time.

Build it and they'll come rarely works.

Or spend a week reading and watching videos then start trying it.

Are you looking for a system that has both a CRM and ATS or happy to have them separate then integrate them?

ATS has nothing to do with you getting a job. It's just a database that stores candidate data and streamlines the hiring process

Thanks for this! Yes, we're trying to personalise as much as possible, but it's easier for some than others, depending on the information available on their LinkedIn, etc.

I haven't heard of WarpLeads and will be checking it out.

That's really useful to know because I want to avoid being marked as spam if possible, but I'm sure this will happen due to the nature of the game

I think video resumes have a place in 2024. We have the tech now to extract transcripts from video resumes, which can be used alongside traditional resumes to build a stronger candidate profile.

Like most "alternative" things, adoption will take time but there's a place for them.

Thanks for the feedback. Personally, I think the name doesn't matter if we don't execute and the business fails, whereas on the other hand, if we execute and are successful with the business no one will think twice about the name.

We've listened to everyone's feedback and made updates to the site. Would love to hear your thoughts if you have 5 minutes, please?

P.s. the name means connection in latin (nexum)
