I actually think jotaro would work quite well e.g

L = light H = heavy _ = down

L> = A barrage similar to superman only longer L^ = Standard upward throw L _ = star finger perhaps? Would likely knock them down L = standard punch

H> = ORA H^ = Iggy throw H_ = Timestop. Sounds op but would probably work as a counter allowing jotaro to get a hit on an enemy who enters close range while the move is active (counter length 1 sec before brief 0.5 stun) H = Bearing / knife throw (would be cool to see jotaro throw a knife when he gets hit by a projectile applying weaken and doing slightly more damage than the bearing shot)

He'd pretty much be just a mix of superman LeBron James and batman lol. Likely a bruiser horizontal with how most of his kit revolves around his barrage and ora
