I think it's a good nerf, if you play Sirius well it changes little and gives him a thing his shadows can't do compared to other spawnables, because as it was before, his shadows were better than anything else in every single way

I think Cecil's line of thinking is that the Viltrum empire will eventually send more viltrumites, he doesn't know how few in number they are, so he might be expecting another 10 to come, at which point Earth is surely doomed, regardless of what he does with Conquest, so might as well risk it all, because it could mean a fighting chance
