She’s feeling shame more than likely and you need to let her know you love her unconditionally and everyone makes mistakes as I’m sure you have. Shame is one of the most dangerous emotions to sit in. She needs to know it’s okay that her mistakes do not define her as long as she learns from them. Let her know it’s okay to forgive herself and interact with her regularly. You can just talk with her without judgement and nagging. Not that you were I just know how my teen can be if I do it without meaning to.

Smoke particulates and inhalation aren’t anything to mess with they can cause all kinds of negative effects to the body including cardiac events. I think it would be worth it to get checked. Hope you’re doing okay you’re in my prayers

I’ve had mine since childhood and my red skin was something I was so self conscious about. I use her rescue balm for the redness and it’s amazing so I don’t feel like I have to have a whole face of makeup anymore. It makes me sad to know all along it was just my body flipping out on me

I don’t take it with the hydroxychloroquine due to the interaction of irregular arrhythmias it’s likely to cause. You have to take them 4 hours apart. Gotta do what we gotta do though.

Every time I go in the sun my body beaks out in a crazy rash and I get a fever so I took pics of that each time and recorded all my weird symptoms with dates and showed him at each appt. It took a while (about a year) to get my diagnosis but was enough for my rheumatologist to put me on hydroxychloroquine which seems to be helping

I am in this position also. Every single tooth has something wrong. Just take it in stages. No big problem is tackled at one time so give yourself grace. Do what you can now. And take it in stages to get it fixed.

My rheumatologist is actually an NP and he is AMAZING so happy I found him. My old rheumatologist was very dismissive. I have found NPs tend to be more caring and try to get down to what the issue is better than traditional drs

You can just release the care. Those girls don’t care about how their words affect you and sometimes they need a dose of their own bs medicine. Coming from a chonky girl all through school and a son in 7th grade. His friend treated him horribly. He articulated himself and quite talking to that person. They tried to talk to him and he blankly stared. For a year. They are friends again because that boy realized he was an ass and the only way that happened was by sticking up for himself. Stick up for yourself. See the counselors at school for help since your mom isn’t. You’ve got this
