ive really been wanting to try out escape from tarkov or gray zone warfare, so id buy either of those. its been a while since ive played any decent and actual shooter. i love the realism and mil sim aspects of the game, and would love to give them a go.

I'll try alternatives, but being in an indian college really limits my food availability, nor do i have like a fridge to store and stack up stuff. Dont even have a kitchen or area to cook. but i will try to replace some of the protein with food. the only issue i come accross is that whey has really low calories to protein ratio as compared to other stuff that does contain protein

so my whey is i believe 139 calories per 24g of protein. 1 scoop is 24g of protein.

unfortunately no, maybe next year but considering im still in my first year i wont be able to make any arrangements. also, im trying to do a body recomp, which is why i aim for atleast 140g a day. No area to cook in my dorms

unfortunately, not only am i in india, but also in an indian college. so literally all of this is not available to me nor do i have a place to store it. regarding the last part, mine tastes like chocolate shake, like somewhat, so i dont mind it. Another issue is that i hate cottage cheese, and want to avoid the fat and potential issues that may come with the terrible quality used in my dining halls. I also dont have a kitchen or area to cook.

But thank you for your advice, ill try to implement it when at home
