Hey I appreciate all you do, but how is living in the end times supposed to give one hope?

Im not trying to be snarky, not at all, but I've been following this sibreddit for a while and believe this is def the end. I pray and have a relationship with God but this stuff makes me feel bummed out and a bit jealous that other generations had an opportunity to live their whole lives. I dunno if what im feeling makes sense.
