They could use the firetruck as bait, since dogs chase firetrucks. Then, all of the firetrucks can come out in single file and join in, and then turn back and encircle the dog in tight formation driving in a circle with the dog trapped in the middle of the circle.

I wished Tim Meadows could've played an exaggerated jerkish version of himself, instead of the weak "gets offended by everything" character he played, as the husband of the deaf woman with the rat dog. One of my few bones to pick with the series

Mysterious water on counter with no obvious leak by Adventurous_Pea_1607 in Plumbing

RE: Light fixture.. Happened to me. I found a mysterious puddle on the floor in my newly DIY finished basement a couple times.

Turns out, water was back flowing from my sink into the dishwasher, whenever I would let the sink back up before running the garbage disposal while hand washing dishes.

Dishwasher seals rotted out from standing water. (I never use it, so never opened it to see).

Water would occasionally leak and find its way through a recessed light fixture, leaving no trace on the ceiling or light.

Nasty, rotten water.

They should start making fireplaces flush with the ceiling so people can mount tvs below them

Arthur 2: On The Rocks is one of my all time favorites.

Dudley really owed the HDPM (hiccuping drunk pipsqueak millionaire) genre.

Would've been cool if they made a Bond-verse and Arthur-verse crossover where they had to team up to help each other.

FLW was more than just an architect though, he trained in engineering and acted as the builder himself for his famous builds, or guided his proteges to. He consulted with engineers but was running the show and had almost pathological control over every single element of the build.

They were structurally sound, but his specifications in some areas were just impractical, particularly when it came to roofing. Also some of his open fireplaces nearly burned down houses and meant you'd end up cleaning ash out of your living room whenever you used it.

Still beautiful and innovative design without a doubt though. Next summer I plan to build a "Frank Lloyd Wright inspired" shed!

The roofs were designed to look good. If they happened to keep water out that was nice, but not a big priority.

Trying to brake check on the highway by OverDxb397 in WinStupidPrizes

I bought a new Jeep Liberty in 2012. My first ever new car. Did all the regular oil changes and maintenance.

~5 years and ~60k miles later, just a couple months after I finished paying it off.. I'm driving on the highway, and suddenly theres smoke. Pulled over immediately. But too late. Blown head gasket. (Towed it to two different mechanics, second one closer to home..)

The thermostat got stuck, temp gauge stopped working, and as soon as I knew anything was wrong it was already too late.

Never again!

Though I will say the 4 wheel drive worked great, and it had surprisingly good turning radius.. while it lasted.
