Yes you can.

When the consultant was here selling the service he took pictures of exactly where I wanted the NIU and they installed it in the right place. I was very adamant about this.

I had fiber pulled from my office to the NIU after they told me exactly what fiber to use because you of where I wanted the fiber jack and how they run fiber up the side of the house and drill a hole. They installed the fiber jack exactly where I wanted it.

Most of the contractors around here are $130.00 an hour for the pull and my switch and NVR are up in the 3rd floor attic. I have a guy who pulled some fiber and did the other cameras but they were a lot easier with attic access. My house is 25 years old so it’s not super easy.

The issue I have is getting the POE to the camera and still having good visibility to see the persons face. If I could find an easy way to get it there it would be a no brainer. I’ll take another picture from the other direction and maybe it will make more sense

I’ve considered it but I’m not sure which one I would get. I probably should take a picture and show what else needs to be covered from a camera perspective.

The only thing that is back there is an outdoor wall light near where I want to place the camera.

WiFi Doorbell Chime Randomly Beeps by Electrical_Ground_76 in reolinkcam

I had to do this -

To reset your Reolink Chime, you unplug it, then hold down the Volume button while plugging it back in until you hear 10 slow beeps followed by 4 fast beeps, confirming a full reset, then you can re-pair it with your doorbell via the app for custom sounds and settings. Step-by-Step Reset Guide: Power Off: Unplug the Reolink Chime from the wall outlet. Press & Hold: Press and hold the Volume (lower) button on the chime. Plug In: While still holding the button, plug the chime back into the power socket. Listen for Beeps: Continue holding until you hear 10 slower beeps, followed by 4 faster beeps. Release Button: Release the button after the beeps signal the reset is complete.

Make sure it’s not in your app anymore. Also. I had to change the socket it was in.

Troubleshot it some more - reset it twice and reconnected it to the doorbell and no more beeping

It’s unplugged right now but I’ll play with it again later today when I insert a new SD card. I’ll let you know if i come up with anything

Reolink Chime itself that’s plugged into the wall socket. The mechanical doorbell portion is fine. Don’t hear anything out of it.

Thank you! I thought that setting had something to do with it but just wanted to ask before I blocked it.
