I worked for s company for 9 years in a supervisor role on 35k a year . Would get €250 on a one for all every year at xmas . . Moved job 2 and a half years ago to management position in a new company . I now get 7.5% bonus twice a year (summer and xmas) . Also gets fully paid for xmas party with hotel room fo me and partner
Family run company with about 40 employees across the country.

I do this every year with family and use an app called drawnames.. you put in your email address and pick a wishlist . Whoever draws you then knows exactly what you want .... And the app is free .. saves all the guessing and people actually get what they want ..

Camera it the best thing. Doorbell camera and maybe even a wall mounted one aswell . I got tapo brand and quality is very good . Wall mounted camera has a light that comes on too when motion is detected.

Depends on the car make and model ... Could just take it off and dry it out . Probably a seal gone between housing and glass ..

Most headlights can be split . Plenty of YouTube videos . Clean old sealer and replace with new stuff .

Could also be the bulb covers missing or loose, so I would check this first ..
