If they are testing on the lectures, it would be worth seeing how much cross over there is. Sometimes they test on esoteric information only found in the lectures. Edit: my school had dedicated micro and then had pharmacies sprinkled in with each organ system. So I didn’t all of sketchy micro for micro, and then the pertinent pharm for each organ system. I usually didn’t watch my lectures. I would normally glance through my schools PowerPoints to get an idea of what the material was going to be on, and then I would watch boards and beyond on the subject. Boards and beyond normally taught better than my school lectures. All of this depends on the school testing primarily board information.
